On January 21, 2026, I sat down in front of TikTok and said something I could already see but could not yet prove.
The world was not ready for what would happen when a whole bunch of highly adapted, neurodiverse people who have gotten shit done for decades finally discovered the terms that would help us find each other.
It was not that we needed help finding ourselves. Many of us knew exactly who we were. We were unapologetically, radically authentic, and that offended some people. What we did not have was a way to recognize one another at scale.
Neurosparklers aren’t necessarily peopling kinds of people. We are tired of speaking without being understood. We are exhausted from noticing the patterns as they are forming because that’s what we always do.
I said the tsunami was coming.
I was wrong about one thing.
It was already here.
Watch the 93-second TikTok
@askauntiepaige The world has never seen a tsunami like the one that is brewing. As a slew of elder Neurosparklers discover our power, paradigms are going... See more
The number of views told one story. The comments told the real one.
The video did not need millions of views to matter. As of tonight, it has reached 26,400 views and brought 1,200 new @AskAuntiePaige TikTok followers through the door. It has received 4,192 likes, 411 comments, 323 shares, and 641 saves.
That means about one out of every twenty viewers chose to follow me after hearing a 93-second soliloquy. They were not just watching. They were recognizing themselves and each other.
That is why the comments on this one video have inspired me in a way that nothing else ever has.
This was not a performance piece polished to fit an algorithm. It was a flare: a visible eruption from the sphere that has always existed underneath it. It named competence instead of deficiency. It said we did not need somebody to explain us to ourselves. We needed language, shared referents, and a place to go after recognition.
You can’t expect what you don’t inspect.
For months, people have been finding me before I had finished building the place I wanted to invite them into. I have the stories, the framework, the books, the questions, the soliloquies, the Obsidian vault, and the shape of Vision Quest LTD in my mind. What I did not have was a completed front door until last week when Visionquest.LTD took shape.
Now I am building in public with a whole lot of help to see what it becomes if anything.
For their senior group project, four senior marketing students at the University of Illinois and their professor are working with me as I attempt to turn a lifetime of noticing into an actual business. I will document what happens on TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn: what gets built, what fails fabulously, what the numbers reveal, and whether the dream changes shape.
I will continue to write because it’s what I can’t not do. Writing is how I process my own thoughts. I will keep writing a personal blog simply for love of the words but whether I also build a business or a movement remains to be seen.
The hypothesis of their senior project is simple enough to test: when the website is complete and the paid paths are visible, will the people who recognize themselves in this work know where to go next and choose to go there?
If the answer is yes, then The Bird Brain Sanctuary is that place.
An Empire of Epistemic Empathy.
Not another label that tells you which bird you are. Not a promise that your identity can be flattened into an archetype. It is a place for people who think in stories, notice the whole and every grain inside it at the same time, and are tired of translating themselves in real time for people who didn’t want to listen anyway.
Some rooms are ready. Some doors are marked Under Construction because the vision exists before the material does. That is not deception. It is the scaffolding that lets me show you the shape of IT while I decide when and if to build its components.
The experiment begins here.
If you found me through that TikTok, you were never a vanity metric. You are evidence.
A TikTok follower asked me, How did I identify my dream? The answer is simple. I identified my dream by watching someone I love live theirs. That made all the difference for me and maybe my journey will inspire someone else to take their own TRIP through Get to No University.
The website opens with a simple question:

If you have spent years wondering how everyone else could fail to see what is so painfully visible to you, you may be a Neurosparkler too. And if it feels overwhelming, it is because it is.
Neurosparklers are not really the uniting kind of folks. But we are about to bring the full force of who we are to bear.
The world is not ready for us but the tsunami is coming.
Unleash the Neurosparklers.

Over the next 30 days, I will be participating in two separate writing cohorts: Ship 30 for 30 and Write Grow Sell. I have attempted each of these courses several times before, but the timing was not right for me to complete either.
This time, both cohorts are running alongside the Group Project. Together, they become my own TRIP through Get to No University, as the author and first student.
Tomorrow, I will begin posting my Ship 30 for 30 daily assignments, with my commentary, on the Ask Auntie Paige page of my website and on social media. These posts will appear on the website, not sent as daily emails.
