Not a personality assessment. A cognitive navigation framework: four birds, four quadrants, one thought moving from unknown toward known. Heuristic Hummingbird asks what "it" might be. Ontological Owl asks what the nature of "it" is. Percipient Parrot asks who has already said this well. Epistemic Eagle asks: given what we can both see from this perspective, what do we know "it" is?
Your bird brain is the blueprint of your soul that is tattooed on the inside of your eyeballs. Freud called it the id, the ego and the self. We just call it your bird brain.
Origin: the Johari Window (Luft & Ingham, 1955), rebuilt with birds that are not archetypes — they are actual birds.
